I know this is a stupid question but as anyone tried uninstalling it and re installing it again if so did it work or no

At least they are keeping us up to date with an update every day.
So we do not have to think incorrectly that they absolutely don´t care about this topic.

And just saying:
In Battle net is written mac users have problems to start the game.
That´s wrong.

  1. It´s not the fault of “mac users”
  2. We do not have “problems” to start the game because
  3. THE GAME IS NOT STARTING.

Maybe someone will have a look on this any time in future.

It’s very funny that it’s a problem with Mac only and can’t be fixed quickly. Blizzard was purchased by Microsoft two years ago. I’m assuming if it was a problem with the platform affecting PC users then there would be more urgency in fixing it. Since the issue doesn’t affect the parent company, what’s the rush, eh? I agree that the radio silence from Blizzard is below the standards expected of such a large company. I just wanted to purchase the game and play it offline occasionally - but here with are with another crashing “platform” designed to push products instead of provide a service.

I have created a Support Ticket with Blizzard. Has anyone had a response from them already?

Their estimated response time is 24 hours…

Created a ticket 3 days ago. After getting a generic irrelevant copy/paste answer I sent the ticket back and got a slightly more individual answer which told me to be patient and they would be aware of the issue.

Today I created another new ticket (the original ticket had been closed by Blizzard). Again non-sense first reply… sent the ticket back again with a slightly more angry tone and complaining about us being left in the rain without any updates for almost a week nor an estimate.

Perhaps the only way to put pressure on this is spamming their ticket system with tickets on this issue by everyone and cause pointless increase in ticket handling workload.:thinking:

If I uninstall it and reinstall it is there a way to avoid the patch or no I know this is probably a stupid question but just asking anyone tried to uninstall the game and reinstall it to see if that works
