That response makes zero sense for why there is an issue with Mac. It actually sounds like they are going to discontinue use as a business decision. What a shit company. I hope you continue to submit tickets and ask for clarification @timmer89

On the bright side, I’ve been using the time I’d normally waste playing this game and succumbing to the battlenet “insta-quit” losses to get back to practicing drums and other productive activities. Maybe time to uninstall.

Like no one needs to uninstall or change computers or laptops we just need to wait patiently surely their is other games you’s can play I’m sure out of all of you’s yous have a Xbox or PLAYSTATION play that and we will just have to wait patiently by now we have realised messaging them and spamming them is obviously not working we just need to wait it’s not the end of the world it’s just a game at the end of the day their are many other games out there to play they will get the issue fixed just wait and it will get fixed no need to uninstall or refund the game that’s abit over the top their is obviously a reason that it’s taking so long and not replying to anyone properly because their is too many people to reply to and because their is so many people spamming them they probably aren’t bothered to reply we don’t know they could be getting told to wait or it could be a small team working on the game or it could be on their list but they haven’t got to it yet

I play games there that are not supported on Mac. For example, Heroes III. So I didn’t spend much )

I use a MacMini, and it was running perfectly… now it’s been more than a week since it doesn’t work anymore. What on earth is Blizzard doing? Maybe a bit of insight for us to have patience would be nice… otherwise they just took our money for a game that doesn’t work.
