So, was doing dungeons with Grommash yesterday, and today when I want to go play dungeon there is option “resume dungeon” tapping it, it asks me to claim reward. Tapping “claim reward” results in error “Dungeon Reward Claim Failed” and “something went wrong when claiming the dungeon reward. 2.1.1.77987/77987”
Reinstalled game, logged off and on again. Restarted device. Updated ios. Installed on another device, same issue. Looks like account is bugged, but I already devoted around8 hours to it and made a purchase. Can you help?

Same, cant do dungeons for 6 days I guess until it either reset or get hotfixed %)
same happened. I hope they put in an abandon dungeon button too. Its even better then waiting for 1 week

Same thing. Cant get the army upgrade. Super annoying and nothing have worked, cleared cache, switched leaders, full re-install, nothing works… this is super disappointing to just get bricked out of a piece of content

Yeah looks like this is an account issue, not app itself. would be nice to be able to reset/abandon/leave the dung without claiming rewards…

I have exact same issue. Grommash, error occured after finishing Dire Maul and reoccured each time I want to claim rewards. I have tryed to restart game, clean connection cache, switched to other hero and back.

Was anyone even testing this game before release? Aditionally after finished fight I need to click “continue” button multiple times before it actually do something. Sound is there, animation is there, button does nothing. Hidden loading in the background or something?
Also in pvp, muliple times towers are going donw in last 10 seconds, without their HP gradually disappearing - game just checks who has less HP, and kills this player’s main building immediately, instead gradually over time.
I like the game but buggy experience is terrible. Gonna ask for refund of money I put into it, as this is clearly a beta, with no support (couple of days after release, technical support forums, and not even one response within multiple topic by someone from blizz - this is a sad joke, and only shows that we are being treated as a milk cows instead of customers).
Shame on you Blizz, shame on you.
We are aware of the recent issue causing Dungeon Reward Claim error and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it has caused.
Our team is actively working on a solution and we expect to have a fix released in the near future. In the meantime, we have received reports from some players that switching leaders, reinstalling the game, or trying a different connection (wifi/mobile) may resolve the issue, although we cannot guarantee these workarounds.

Is anyone trying to fix this bug? I’ve not been able too play dungeon runs since Sunday!
Having the same issue after the Patch:
defeated last Boss;
game bugged out (happens more often) to starting screen of my Tablet;
started App again and recieved message ‘lost currency from Dungeon (got the energy, not Upgrades);
Resumed Dungeon - Claim Rewards - ‘Something went wrong, can’t claim’ ;
Stuck (can’t abandon, can’t get Upgrades)
Spent quite some time and money on game, it’s fun but super buggy and now I can’t even do Dungeons (issues with Surges as well - only 1 Zone offered, see post Arclight Surges)
I-Pad 9th gen, all latest Updates both iOS and the game
