I complete the Warcraft Rumble tutorial and defeat Hogger but I didn’t get Gnomelia Gearheart pet in WoW. I am logged in with the same account.
What should I do next?

I have the same issue and nothing I tried actually worked. Anyone found any solution or this is just ‘high demand’ and services are not catching up still?
I installed Rumble and completed the tutorial on Thursday, 2nd.
Yesterday Friday, 3rd, I received the popup informing me I received the rewards in HS and WoW, which I have not.
Today after reinstalling HS, installing Rumble on another smartphone, going through tutorial again and killing Hogger again.
I still do not have rewards, not in HS and not in WOW?!
This is the 3rd day the rewards are not rewarded to my account!
I have created the ticket which no one even bothered to look at yet!
When can we expect the resolution of this issue?!
Hello, i have same issue. I installed Rumble and completed tutorial on 2. November. On the same day i got pop up in Rumble about those rewards. I tried logout and login several times but i still didnt get those rewards on my WoW and HS account. I tried contact support and they said me to submit a bug on forums 
You usually need to allow 48-72 hours for things to show up.
It’s the same across any game including Overwatch, WoW etc. That’s why sometimes mounts can take a few hours to a couple of days. The system has a queue and depending on your position can only get through so many at once.

I finally received it after 4 days 
I still haven’t recieved the pet, Ive replayed, reinstalled and everything, more than a week later and still nothing
