My app crashed when purchasing the “Lordaeron Loot!” pack. After opening the app again, I can see that I’ve received the in-game gold but the rest of the rewards are missing. Please help.
Just had the same issue but with the ‘Ashenvale Cache’ pack.
This seems to be a very common error - usually crashing the app and then, on reload, the gold may or may not turn up but the Tomes are missing.
This has been raised a lot on the US forums already. Really hoping this gets fixed soon 
Just purchased same Lordaeron loot pack and received gold, but not tomes. Any solutions yet?
If it’s any use, mine eventually turned up when I earned one from Dailies, I think? I got the modest daily one, and then all the others tagged on afterwards.
It’s not a ‘fix’, in that really you have no control over when they show up, but they did at least show up, in the end
