When launching the game you are greeted with a loading screen that keeps jumping to the “blizzard” splash screen and then flashes the loading screen again. Every time the loading screen flashes it goes up a bit up to a maximum of 20%.

I have this exact same issue and nothing I have tried has worked; reinstalling the game, rebooting my PC, updating my GPU drivers, repairing client, removing my second monitor… I am completely out of ideas.

Same issue on PC. I can however play the game on Android.
Same issue here, earlier it worked and I can still play on my Android.
I even re-formatted my computer and re-installed windows 10 and everything.
That didnt work.
Thought I should save you some time haha!
Same issue here, was ok yesterday, today can’t click the Play button on pc client, those programmers need more training and perhaps a raise bliz, don’t get stingy!
I sortet my connecting loop problem. I downgraded my graphiccard driver and updated it again to newest. Something weird has happened with rumble update and it has f*±+*d my videocard driver. Or it lookslike so. But long story short. downgrade and update. Atleast try it. Cheers
