Yeah soooo, sad news everyone.
It is indeed no longer available in Belgium, the latest patch implemented or should I say corrected the mistake.

I am asking every single one of you to make a new ticket for this. They are litterally missing income by restricting the game for us. And BTW I don’t see a difference with Hearthstone, you never know what exact cards you are going to get… Are they gonna ban us from this game too?
Let’s just keep asking them to adjust their packs so it’s according to Belgium law. (Like they did with Overwatch and Heroes of the Storm)

Hello everyone,
For a short while following the PC beta launch, Warcraft Rumble was incorrectly available to install in some regions where it was not intended to be available.
This was fixed shortly after, making new installations impossible, as well as disabling the ability to play for those who already managed to install.
While we always try to reach as many players as possible, sometimes regional legislation means we cannot make games available everywhere, though it’s something we continue to evaluate, should local conditions change.

Made a refund request for multiple pack purchases for rumble, got a reply within the hour that i will be refunded.

I am being denied a refund, I’ve even explained the situation, that the game wasn’t supposed to be released in our region and it was a screw up on Blizzard’s end. I keep getting the same standard response links to game region availability and that purchases for Rumble are final etc etc. Any chance you can help me out here because honestly my patience with this ridiculousness and to be honest useless support is really done for at the moment…

I went trough the site customer support-payments-jump trough a bunch of hoops, refund request, described the problem, added the order numbers in the optional tab ( pretty much keep going forward till you can actually make a ticket), There is no valid reason on why they should deny a refund ( its probably illigal if they refuse cus its pretty much theft if they don’t). ( i described the problem as follow “Warcraft rumble pc beta launched in belgium (which turned out it wasen’t suppose to), then acces to the game for anyone in belgium got cancelled two days later without notice, so i spend bnet balance on that game and would like to request a refund for multiple packs that were bought during those 2 days.”)

Oh man, so that’s why I can’t play it anymore, I’m from Belgium too.
I was just enjoying the game for real. This truly sucks!!
But at least I got Gnomelia Gearheart, which I wanted in first place
