This is indeed a know issue and is currently being worked on.
Rest assured progress is still being recorded properly though, so don’t worry if you want to keep playing as earned rewards will still be granted when the problem is resolved.

Meanwhile in PvP the players that were able to redeem the rewards have a clear advantage on the ones who didn’t.
Plus we didn’t receive the season 11 PvP rewards neither giving even more advantage to the players that did receive the rewards.
Long story short, some of the players wont be able to compete fairly in season 12.
I play your games for many years and i have never seen anything not even remotely so messy like Rumble. I am honestly speechless

Today i’ve got only a part of the rewards. After opening a few chests, “an error has occurred” (with a long number) and that was it. I hoped i can open the rest after i closed the message, but i did not. I restarted, but there were no more rewards to be opened even after that…

Today I played and when I reached my ”next” reward; Suddenly all the previous ones were claimable.
Seems fixed to me.
