You need to do a questline in this zone that will let you unlock a “minigame” where you need to catch as many fishes as you can in the river.
The boat requires an achievement related to this where you need to pick up 40 fishes 
After that, you will get the boat

Instead of dragon riding today I took the flight path from Iskaara to Wyrmrest Embassy…and I would highly recommend it!
Much as I love dragon riding it was kinda nice to just sit back, enjoy the fantastic views and listen to the amazing music.
I did the Thaldraszus campaign, lots of Chromie with gems like “Hurry, Chronormi. Find Chronormu.”

Yes, I dinged 70 today, collected all the dragonriding glyphs, signed up for the first rated bg since SL S1 and started gearing for pvp 
I was pretty damn productive after not having that much time to play since launch. DF is great so far.
Just brought Dragonflight today.
1st Upgrade since BFA.
Edit: Oh NO 
The talking heads are back !
Now I will have to listen to the opening speech 25 times again
