When itās on season [school breaks, summer, Christmas] it gets busy. But during off season weād be sitting around doing a lot of nothingā¦ and we get paid for doing nothing. 
Doing 12 hour shifts (usually let off an hour early) 7 days on 7 days off, if I take a week off thatās 3 weeks straight for a holiday. Can make use of my free flights or greatly reduced stand by flights. 
Iām looking forward to cycling to work next week. Finnish spring is a myth though.
It was fairly dry on Thursday. Snowed all day Friday. Was fairly sunny Saturday. Now itās raining. Tomorrow will supposedly be 13C and sunny. 
Was seriously windy yesterdayā¦ a branch fell against my car and scratched up the side of it 
Oh dear. This time of year is horrible with the stones everywhere. When it dries thereās so much dust and not to mention the mud as well.
