🎭 GD Chat Room (Part 1)

Get a puppy, you can then make provisions for training and everything and get it to behave in social situations - we adopted ours when she was 6 years old, unfortunately we were told a massive pile of Direhorn dung about her temperament by her previous owner. she was allegedly very sociable, wouldn’t harm a fly, etc. Quite the opposite, i have to drive her out to the countryside and hope i dont see anyone when i take her for a walk - good thing is, shes a bloody amazing guard dog

Ill get when I have more stable income, I would like the company on walks and have pet but I dont want the cost atm with vets, food and all.

Some mixed breed dogi from animal shelter is fine for me aslong its medium sized not big or small. Then I get “free” dog that come with cost of food and vet bills and all.

But the baby humans grow into angsty teenagers that have tantrum daily and make your day awful

Here were I live currently the local teens think its fun idea to do some tiktok challenges to break peoples property or disturb peoples home peace, can just imagine the nightmare of their parents if they care that is. I would and my kids wouldnt behave like it. Im kinda old school what comes to set rules and parenting.

Not sure about Finland, but in the UK some shelters charge a fee for taking doggos on - plus a house check to see if the place is suitable

Let my dog near them - trust me, they will only do it once …

Oh god if could, they figured to break peoples cars on parking lot top of everything else theyre doing. I can only imagine what kind of parents rise these teens. I imagine not enough set ground rules and care in general at home, if the parents just dont care about their kids at all. Its obvious the teens got some problems to behave like this. I would love to have chat with their parents about rising kids and get some money for the property damage their teens have caused so far. I dont like to clean up or pay my own money for other kids messes, I think its their parents task who are responsible of them. Oh well when they ding 18 theyre shipped to military, they will learn some ground rules there if not at home that I can guarantee. :joy:

What a bout the police - or are they about as useful as a bucket of water on an electrical fire??

No use at all as usual in cases like this with under 15, theyre 14 something and know they can get away with everything. If I really want we could make fuss of it with my other neighbours to the ministry of child welfare but that would be slow and I rather move away from this place than start fight with some local teens disturbing people. People just dont rise their kids like before anymore, also it will take 4 more years to wait that these boys are put to army to learn some basic manners so I rather not wait that long either. I sure would smile to the day theyre shipped tho, I remember my own service still well even after 20 years. You learn some basic manners and rules there real fast! :joy:

I remember my Navy Cadet days well - we had a Petty Officer who was a complete :anchor: to everyone - The guys running it were actual Navy officers but done it voluntarily, but this guy was on another level of questionable parentage

Friend were same time on different unit as pioneer aswell, we didnt see much during time there but on holidays in same town we were from. He told me one holiday that he had held bazooka wrong side on ditch and this one Liutenant had came and pushed his head on the side of the ditch on the mud from the helmet and yelled to him that you would just killed your whole unit. I remember we laughed at it back then that the officer is crazy but he was right.

Lesson learnt, be mindful of the trees when throwing in forest. Thats why we train so we learn lol
