šŸŽ GD Chat Room (Part 1)

I got a thorough soaking yesterday morning but I am, luckily, in a part of Bristol that isnā€™t really affected by flooding. At the top of a hill and far enough away from all the rivers and the estuary.

Even in 2050 Iā€™ll be safe :dracthyr_hehe_animated:

Oh sympathies ā€¦ itā€™s about 2 thirds through the first innings so maybe youā€™ll finish work in time? I havenā€™t given any other details in case you manage to watch it on catch-up.

What forum sorcery is this?!

Nobody understands the ways of the forum.
(I was going to add ā€˜just like Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisitionā€™)
Then I realised that most of the people here would probably have no idea what I was talking about and Iā€™d feel old again ā€¦ so I didnā€™t) :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Itā€™s funny, it showed normally here but a friend sent me a screenshot and I was like ā€˜what on earth!!!ā€™ (or words similar but less forum friendly).

I carry on using the same expressions but frequently find I have to explain them, more so with foreigners though who just donā€™t understand the English expressions.
