Sorry to hear mate, I just had a recent scare because of my eyesight. Just received news I donât have it but after researching, I am very high risk so Iâve gone straight to a keto diet. Scary stuff.
I have a similar issue called Ankylosing Spondylitis (its an odd one, Google it). Current meds are 30/500mg Co-Codamol (2@4 times a day), 500mg Naproxen (1@3 times daily) and 20mg Omeprazole x1 daily. For context, i do same job as Soul, and boy does it hurt at timesâŚ

We had one in Bristol a few years ago, it didnât last long though as everyone just saw it as a free for all and just took stuff without paying.

Itâs actually quite mild, Iâm back to t shirt and shorts at work. Doesnât help two storms are keeping the cold fronts away, just dumping rain everywhere
