Good morningā¦ stressful week (we are changing site at work at the end of this monthā¦) and lots of unusual things going on, even from home Iām stressed right now.

Youtube Shorts is plagued by AI generated junk and bot run channels using done to death txt-2-speech voices of Morgan Freedom and whoever else. Like 90% of Shorts are just soulless txt-2-speech nonsenseā¦ courtesy of Covid lockdowns creating their boom.
I FREAKING HATE THEM WITH A PASSION!!! 
Seriously wished YouTube would offer customisable filters and a blacklist to filter them outā¦ Iād pay for Premium Deluxe just for that alone!

I hate all that TikTok-like nonsense that get showed down our throats everywhere, I wish you could disable it (at least on FB for PC you can bookmark your pages/friends feed and avoid most of that sponsored/suggested junk).
Anyway, things are slowly getting sorted out at work, now I can breathe again!

I love tik tok, my friends and I send each other stuff plus we the algorithm itself thatās built up from things I like/dislike means I mostly see things I want to view.
I know itās not for everyone. In contrast I really canāt be bothered with youtube at all but all media ends up on all platforms IMO. What I see on tiktok I see pop up elsewhere.

mmmm i donta have tik tok but ig now is full of videos from it. some are fun (im followin a british guy that visit towns and hates iceland stores) but the majority are thrash imho.
But bein an almost 50 old ofc never helpsā¦

the problem for me is the addiction. i dont like it but i can stay hours just to scroll videos of 5\10 secs or 1 mins.
