Recently? I guess there is not much need for the games forum then if decide quit game, all the best in future adventures and I would ask your gold but it seems it is classic character

I’ve jumped between so many characters since WoW was released.
I wish I never deleted my first character back in the day. It was so I could use the name and for a new character in Mists and I was like “I’m never going to play that character anymore!”.
Many years later “I wish I never deleted it!”.

Few weeks ago.
But i had not played retail since like… Mid of previous raid tier.
Just did not need on my comp anymore,
This is actually the first time since 2006 i have uninstalled the game completely, always wanted to have the option to dip in whenever i felt like it.
I just had not logged into it for months and needed the space for other stuff, Just keeping it installed so i could grab trading post stuff if anything interesting came, just did not seem worth it anymore, so i uninstalled.

I hear ya, I realise its bit late now but I remember seeing advice somewhere in here related deleting one folder in wow directory which freed tons of space from data built up through expansions but deleting whole game frees even more. All well for the next gaming adventure and is ofc allowed use forum too even if dont play the game its for, even if I personally wouldnt understand it, its just an opinion and everyone have own 
I still raid log in Cata… soon MoP and SoD (until it dies… rip)

Oh, you didnt quit entirely. I sea. They can take some expansions from the man but they will never take wow from him! Can relate 
In Guild Wars 2, when you ask the game for this, it gives you both the /played for the current character AND the account.
It should be like this for WoW.

Agree and I wish when I typed the emote /slap in wow, that Slapface avatar character would leap to my aid
Too high, but 70% of it would be me afking till I get booted from WoW for being inactive countless times.

Few hours, since my char was played daily for years at release, so they lost their data over time. I’ve done no quest or have any rep on my main, since it all got reset.
See, this is 1 post, and I played daily WoW up until cata. Even coded cosmos for a while.
466 days on this character, 388 on my former main, and less than 30 days on every other alt aggregated.
Possibly another 50ish days with my 2 mains on Classic version too.

Across all toons I ever had since vanilla? Oh man, I’m afraid to even look, let alone start adding it altogether. I worry that it would put my life-choices in serious question…
