Hi, Norwegian 28 year old guy here.
Iām catching up on WOW and started playing through the Shadowlands expansion. If anyone is doing the same it would be fun to do some leveling together. Very casual player, mostly playing on weekends, and an hour here and there on weekday evenings.

So let get this rightā¦ Youāll all make a forum post to make friends but outright refuse to reach out in game doing activities / content? The mmo part of this game really is dead 
Youāre just writing passive aggressively everywhere. How do you know that these people are not reaching out to others? The few Iāve met through here were very social in their own ways.

āI only play this one when I feel like it. I have time for maybe only 2 characters but playing 1 melee and having a bit of diversity and a different class fantasy in my Warband feels nice.
Playing time: Really varies. Canāt tell. Donāt be shy to say āhi!ā whenever you see me online.
Up for: Helping out in M+, Raids, Legacy content, Achievement farming, mount farming, certain quests, anything that requires a good healer and the average tank. Also maybe if you need deeps!
Other interests: I love fish. 10 tanks of fishes. I also like birbs, kite-surfing, martial arts, bodybuilding, billiard, horror content (movies to games) and anything related to music.

writing this post is really difficult for me. The biggest challenge is to put my thoughts into words. I have been playing quite a few games and noticed some people playing together for a long time, partially 10 to 15 years. People that grew together and became very close friends, enjoying spending time together and just having fun, talking about meaningful things and having a deep bond that hopefully lasts till eternity. That is exactly what I would also like to have. Nothing that vanishes in a week, month or a year, something truly lasting. Now that isnāt so easy to find as it requires people to somehow āmatchā and seek the same and that is usually a natural process and a bit of a coincidence. That is why I am not sure if it is even possible to find a match by making this forum post, but there is only one way to find this out and that means trying it. At least I can say I tried.
So what is actually important to me? I would say honesty is the most important. Nothing (a friendship) will be real if it isnāt built on honesty. So if you are able to be honest and donāt sugar coat stuff (I prefer to get things told straight to the point), I like that. Also, a plus is being funny, reliable, nice, somewhat intelligent and open-minded. I donāt like to set any age requirement, but I am aware people like to connect with others that are of similar age. So that would be between 30 and 45, but I am not looking for a partner so it doesnāt matter at all to me.
At this very moment I would like to simply chat with you about things that go beyond surface level (I donāt like small talk) and if we match happily do WoW activities together, but I am in no rush and I know it takes time to build up a friendship. For your information: I am playing on the higher end and mainly enjoy m+ and a bit of raiding. Rarely doing some achievement runs or farming a specific mount, but with a good friend I would not exclude any activity.

Seems its time for me to post here as well. Been on the game for about 12 years (amazing to see how a Game-master nearly rolls out the red carpet for you to answer your ticket), only took a break during Shadowlands and BFA. My days of raiding, and aiming for the top have been long gone, so Iām just looking for people to have fun with in-game. If I want to preform, that is what my job is for

Iām generally laid back, just aiming to have fun in-game, and relax a bit. Iām not in a guild currently, and I dont aim to be in one. Best way to get to know me is just to experience it. I can be quite reserved to people I dont trust, but once I trust you, you might want to consider ear-plugs. Age isnt really an issue (in the same range would be nice ofc), respect to each other goes a long way.

so I donāt know where to start with this Iāve played the game since BFA i think honestly canāt remember when I first logged in to the game but Iāve played for a while at least, but Iāve never been the best at making friends in the game i mean Iāve played for years and know every aspect of every dungeon but I have still never tanked or done a mythic dungeon because of anxiety, LOOK I DONāT KNOW WHAT TO SAY HERE YOU ARE ALL PROBABLY JUST LIKE ME IF YOU ARE READING THIS OR YOU WOULDNāT BE ON THIS POST, the short of it is i need friends to play the game with and you probably do too so lets just play the game we grew up playing and continue to laugh when that random Demon hunter charges off a cliff because he thought he could dodge.
