I pre-purchased Shadowlands, and then added gametime to my account. However I could not get back into playing wow, so I requested a refund for my pre-purchase. However due to the order of purchase, Shadowlands -> Gametime, Im unable to get a refund.
Do you really mean that I have to pay €74.99 for gametime?
Just to be clear, I do NOT mind having to pay the gametime, thats only fair. But this is just ridiculous in my eyes.
And honestly this is the first time I’ve ever been 100% dissapointed with your customer support, in the past, even when I didnt get what I requested, I’ve always found things to be fair.
But seriously… €74.99 for gametime???

Which version have u bought?.. gametime included sounds like u’ve paid for the Epic version? When did u preorder it?
Did u use the boost u got with the Expansion… or did u only buy the Standard Edition… these will likely determine if u have activated the product itself. seems abit weird they’ve refused your refund.
also (not to sound like im implying something) it seems quite weird that you’ve bought Shadowlands and Based ur opinons on if the expansion is worth it on BFA content… which is very much unrelated
what changed ur mind so Swiftly on this?

Sadly we can’t help you look into refunds here through the forums. As I am sure you can understand there’s a lot of sensitive information that might not be suitable here.
Please take the time to open up a ticket though an I am sure our Game Masters will do their best to see if we can find a solution for you.
Please dont presume knowing what or how I based my decision to leave this game on. And frankly if I had wanted to get into that in the forums I would’ve posted about it.
