Who we are
NakedGang is a gaming community that exists since WotLK and raiding heroic together ever since. Previously located on Saurfang and then Darkspear-Saurfang-Terokkar connected realms. We cleared every raid on Heroic difficulty and got AOTC and also dipped our toes into Mythic where we could and killed some bosses. However our realm was dead and our guild is the ONLY Horde guild that actually killed Heroic Azshara this tier there.
As of December, 2019, some of our officers/raiders decided to server change to a server with busy life and create a ‘sister guild’. Our raiders will slowly server change over the Christmas holidays and after, but we will be raiding all together even if someone felt like staying on Saurfang for now.
We have an ingame Community and many of us have each other on btag. We have a shared discord channel with our two guilds.
The guild also has an In Real Life Meetup every year where we play board games, DnD and enjoy each other’s company(usually in the UK).
What do we do?
Raiding
We are a friendly, mostly casual guild with some of us thriving for more, but still want to stay with our friends and the servers cannot stop us doing just that. In the future patches we will be clearing Heroic raids with in the first couple weeks of the patch and clear Heroic every week after that.
If we think we are ready we would also like to try some Mythic raiding and see how far we can get.
Some previous experiences when we jumped into Mythic while we had 20 ppl for it(we couldn’t progress more because lack of ppl) were:
-HFC, where people decided to stop playing right as we got to Gorefiend
-EN, first boss
-Nighthold killed first 5
-ToS killed first 3
-Antorus first 3
-1-2 bosses each tier this expansion
Hoping for having a stable, consistent group if not for this patch, but for next expansion to challenge ourselves.
Our raid days are: Thurs/Sun/Mon 20:30-23:00 ST
On farm we only raid Thursdays when possible, except if there is a chance to do Mythic on the other days
Casual raid is on Wednesdays, 20:30ish-23:00 with anyone being able to join mid-raid
-We currently raid normal Nyalotha with casuald on Wednesdays.
Mythic+
We give help to any new members to gear up as long as they put in some effort into this themselves. We help doing weekly M+. We have a discord channel just to ask for a weekly key if you don’t have one yet, but can always contact someone ingame.
We usually do keys almost every night when we don’t have a raid. Let us know if you are interested in keys and we will fit you in for a couple runs.
(We are mostly playing at evening-night time after 20 server.)
We find M+ is the best way to make new friends.
Who we are looking for?
We are looking for friendly people who are interested in the same things as we are. We invite anyone who would just like to be social, but Warning: we are currently still building up on this server and most people are online during evening times from the Community.
We are currently looking for ppl for raids:
-Any DPS, we are not picky, but we would love to get a WW monk.
We don’t mind if you are new or have no experience and want to raid with us. Gear level doesn’t matter. What matters is an interest in getting better at your class over time and helping us kill bosses. We will help you learn, you just need to be open to learning and improving.
