Chamber of Aspects, tried to log my character into the game but got disconnected instead. After reconnecting a few times I could enter the game.
I checked my vault, played around a bit, but the second I tried to post an item on the AH it did not respond. I walked out of the AH and noticed I could not interact with anything anymore. Could not log off, mount, use skills… so had to Alt-F4.
Now I cannot log on at all, it has been stuck on a full loading bar for the last 10 minutes.

cannot log in to any character GER/ENG/FR server always stuck on 100% loading screen…

Good maintenance, I approve. RU aria servers down.
I had to waite for 10 minutes to finally connect and, as we speak, i’m still waiting to log out. Offcourse i first got the 51900319 error…
Blizzard is doing what they do best; absolutely nothing.

same here cant even log in either get message saying char with that name is all ready made like yeah my lv 70 or i just get stuck in loading screen… it been 3 hours now i would like to get a refund on game time with the time we losing now… great blizzard can finally log in again and now the aspect crest i had on orders are gone 120 aspect and 18k gold down drain great game… how long will it take to address this problem i have made my own forum about this and ticket how long will it take just for anything to happen

Unable to log at all
Since this morning whenever i want to login into a character the loading screen fills up but never loads into the world. My internet connection is fine. I disabled some addons and noticed that at least the loading bar would fill up completely now, instead of just 75%, but ultimately still never load into the game. I deleted Cache and WTF folders, updates addons and also tried with all addons disabled - same result. I dont have a router i can reset, just a LAN internet connection. Is something going on on Blizzard’s side or what may that be? I cant even think of the last time i had this issue, mustve been 10 years ago.
Before disabling addons and deleting Cache/WTF, i would at some point get disconnected during loading screen with classic “WOW5190031” error. But after clearing and disabling all addons the disconnect error never comes. Just a full bar loading screen that never goes anywhere.
Edit: I just restarted my PC and tried logging in again with the same character, now im being told “A character with that name already exists”, lmao. Is my character stuck in the world somehow from the previous login screen?

It’s not you, it’s a server problem. Everybody is reporting similar issues!

Update, I just got in!
I have the same problem been trying to log in for 20-30 min and get stuck on the loading screen. Tried different characters even ressetting our modem but nothing helps, before getting stuck on the loading screen it kicked me out with an WOW51900319 error.
Having the same issue since today, after reset. Stuck at loading screen, loading bar fully fills and then either I get disconnected, or stuck at the loading screen for 5 minutes (killed the app). A couple of times I actually got in after waiting 2-3 minutes at loading screen.
I still cant get in 
Maybe my server will take more time.
