Just got it on my alt (on this i got it on my 1st kill). Feels good man.
Just got my 12th and final bag, something is wrong with the rng here, half my characters got it first time. I’m sorry for those who are having issues.
I’ve been amused this morning on my lock who got the Papa’s Mint Condition Bag and used it to replace…Papa’s New Bag.

Something’s definitely wrong.
It’s now been probably close to 40 attempts for me without another drop (I had 2 drops in first 3 tries).
I sent a ticket about it but I don’t expect something to be done about it. I would’ve sent an in game bug report but the support system in game doesn’t work for me for some reason.
Not a good feeling to miss out on a neat little limited time item due to some bug or whatever. Feeling so sorry for people who will get 0 bags and have done as much as rare killing as people who have 10+ bags.
