Any info on the stutters in the dragonflight client?

I tamed a blue drake from the back of a cave in Winterspring and it had a mana burn and a 50% slow effect in an AOE. I think I prefer the black drake that I tamed in Burning Steppes though as it had a 10 second effect where it would cast blast wave every 2 seconds - 5 times in total, very useful in PvP!
My favourite PvE dragon was a green drake which had a conal 10% armour debuff attack.
Option to toggle on the old UI, when?
