Fixed an issue where Blessing of the Bronze did not reduce the cooldown of Shamans’ Gust of Wind ability. Blessing of the Bronze’s tooltip will be updated in a future patch.
[With weekly restarts] Frost Shock damage increased by 15% for Elemental only.
Developers’ notes: These changes are aimed at improving Elemental single target damage. We also felt that Icefury should deal more damage so that the spell is not solely focused on the follow-up Frost Shocks.

[With weekly restarts] Gladiator’s Distinction’ Stamina provided by the bonus increased by 40%
Developers’ note: Our goal for PvP pacing is for it to be fast, while leaving time for players to react; we’ve continued to see that overall PvP pacing has been faster than we would like, especially as players have been gaining increased offensive power through tier set acquisition, so we are adjusting the stamina bonus from Gladiator’s Distinction to help address this.
Classes
Hunter
[With weekly restarts] Improved Kill Shot now increases Kill Shot’s critical strike damage by 15% in PvP Combat (was 25%).
Marksmanship
[With weekly restarts] Razor Fragments now increases Kill Shot’s damage by 40% in PvP Combat (was 50%).
[With weekly restarts] Arcane Shot damage increased by 45% in PvP Combat (was 30%).
[With weekly restarts] Chimaera Shot damage increased by 45% in PvP Combat (was 30%).
Developers’ notes: Kill Shot critical strikes have been particularly deadly for Hunters, so we’re reducing the value of Improved Kill Shot. Marksmanship will be receiving several other adjustments to shift more of their damage profile into their base rotation.
Monk
Brewmaster
[With weekly restarts] Incendiary Breath (PvP Talent) now increases the Radius and Damage of Breath of Fire by 30% (was 100%).
Developers’ notes: Incendiary Breath’s radius increase has been difficult to read as a player and Brewmaster damage has been higher than we would like.
Windwalker
[With weekly restarts] Touch of Karma now redirects 105% of absorbed damage in PvP Combat (was 70%).
Developers’ notes: Touch of Karma’s redirect damage should be a strong deterrent to targeting a Monk while it’s active, and we feel that it was too weak previously.
Just FYI those are the balls during Umbreskul (last boss). These tooltips used to tell you what part of the dungeon it is… not anymore. Too hard writing an extra line. I had to look up online as initially I thought they were the little bubbles on the first boss.
So not only are you hard nerfing discipline in PvE for PvP reasons instead of doing separate changes like before, you do it during the weekend, changes are bugged, causing Expiation to apply ZERO atonement healing, during grievous week in M+, the arguably hardest affix for discipline priests to handle.
Trading post task notification stuck
I sent it as a bug report since a ticket seems too much hassle for no good outcome, but on one of my chars one of the tasks, long completeted, keeps popping up as completed when I log in.
Possible related to adding it to the notifications on the right at some point. I had issues with that, too, with tasks reappearing there even though I kept removing them.
[With weekly restarts] Fixed an issue causing Vault of the Incarnates achievement progress to sometimes reset when abandoning an LFR scenario.

Fixed a bug causing Expiation to no longer trigger Atonement.

[With weekly restarts] Breath of Fire deals 35% additional damage in PvP.
Priest
Discipline
[With weekly restarts] Sins of the Many’s effect is now reduced by 50% in PvP Combat.
[With weekly restarts] Atonement healing is increased by 40% in PvP Combat (was 20%).
Developers’ notes: We want Discipline Priests to contribute more offensively than other healers, but currently its damage is higher than we’re comfortable with. On top of a recent bug fix to Expiation damage, we feel it’s best to bring down Discipline’s overall damage while equalizing healing from Atonement which we feel is in a good spot.
Rogue
Assassination
[With weekly restarts] Deathmark duplicated effects now deal 50% (was 70%) of normal damage in PvP Combat.
[With weekly restarts] Numbing Poison effectiveness now reduced by 47% (was 33%) in PvP Combat.
[With weekly restarts] Numbing Poison (Shiv Effect) effectiveness now reduced by 52% (was 40%) in PvP Combat.
[With weekly restarts] Improved Garrote - Fixed a bug that prevented Improved Garrote’s PvP Multiplier from applying. Damage bonus will once again match the tooltip value of 30% (base 50%) in PvP Combat.
Oh look at that, it’s the issue I had and took 3 weeks of GM interaction to solve, and some in the thread were saying it was “working as intended” when it clearly wasn’t.
