Is this a global release with only one server and is the release date in other words inbetween August 23 at 23:59 → August 24 00:01 ?

I think the Classic Era PvP system revamp is a great change. No more competing against other players, I can now play at my own pace AND keep the title once I reach the threshold for it. That is if I understood correctly. I will definitely get back into PvP for the Grand Marshal title and rewards.
