What is wrong with the feral spec, in pve? since 10.2 is up, feral dps is incredible low. Every key i made i just beat the tank, other dps , are with milions over me. Dh is from another planet. BRH, 20+ , i made 195 milions, and DH 370? what is the meaning of this? what have you done to feral? Even with the new talents is shameful. You blizzard broke feral, even do was the stupid class at dps in 10.1.5, but it was ok for me. SInce 10.2 is so lame…

      • Spiritbloom will now bounce to friendly targets that are meant to be healed during quests and encounters.
  • Hunter
    • Beast Mastery
      • Fixed an issue where Wild Instincts would not properly apply when multiple different hunters were using Call of the Wild.

    • Fixed an issue causing Monk’s Chi Torpedo to not trigger Mighty Roar**.**

      • Fixed an issue where Schism could fail to apply to your target if they ran out of your range or line of sight as Mind Blast completed.

    • Leeching Poison should no longer fall off when changing instances.
    • Fixed an issue with the interaction between Premeditation and Shadow Technique.

      • Lethal Dose should no longer cause Crimson Tempest, Serrated Bone Spike, or Mutilated Flesh (from Doomblade) to benefit, but not contribute from its effect.

Dungeons and Raids

  • Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible
    • Scalecommander Sarkareth no longer casts an erroneous Void Slash in Stage 3.

Items

  • Fixed an issue that could cause some gear, such as gear obtained in Fyrakk Assaults, Time Rifts, or Dreamsurges to lose the option to be further upgraded when converted to an Aberrus set item.

Player versus Player

  • Demon Hunter
    • Fixed an issue that prevented Darkness from having its effect increased to 50% in PvP combat, as intended.
  • Hunter
    • Rapid Reload (Marksmanship Blazing Dreamstalker 4-piece set bonus) effectiveness reduced by 40% in PvP situations.

Quests

  • Balloon drivers who are “Cataloging Thaldrazsus” are now less confused, and no longer send players on a very strange trip to Waking Shores.

User Interface

  • Fixed an issue where Dragonriding vigor bars would occasionally show incorrect vigor values on login.

Still NOT WORKING for Adventurer Path Items (428-450) from mentioned sources. My Items (Shoulders and Gloves) are stuck at 437 after converting.

      • Ebon Might now properly benefits from the 4-piece class set bonus from Aberrus as well as Close as Clutchmates.
  • Hunter
    • Hunter pet attacks now scale with weapon attack power.
    • Kill Command, Bite, Claw, Smack, Flanking Strike, Froststorm Breath, and Burrow Attack damage reduced by 32.5%.
      • Developers’ notes: In a recent hotfix aimed at correcting an issue with Augmentation Evokers and their damage logging, we adjusted how Hunter pet damage is calculated. A side effect of this was that Hunter pet attacks started scaling with weapon attack power, increasing the damage of a Hunter pet’s special attacks by about 32.5% at 450 item level. This is actually something we would like to retain, as it means that Hunter pet damage will now benefit from weapon upgrades.
    • Mend Pet and Revive Pet are now separate pet utility buttons and are no longer automatically swapped back and forth based on your pet’s state. This is a temporary change to resolve some issues with interactions between Call of the Wild, Mend Pet, and Revive Pet. Mend Pet can be found in the “Pet Utility” flyout menu in the main Hunter spellbook.

      • Fixed an errant interaction that caused Soulrip to apply without the rogue dealing combat damage.

    • Resolved an issue causing Foul Steps to remain on players after defeating the Eonar the Life-Binder encounter.

    • Reduced the effectiveness of Enraged Growth on players.

  • Cataclysmic Signet Brand’s self-damage effect can no longer be dispelled.

  • The Battleground Blitz brawl no longer grants progress toward the PvP quest “Proving in Battle”, which is intended to reward participation in random battlegrounds.
  • Shaman who reached Combatant I during Dragonflight Season 3 should now be granted the Elite cloak appearance.

I don’t think thats reasonable as all guilds defeating fyrrak now are most likeliy not the crowed who is meant to be in heroic. I can smell a huge backfire in couple of months when casuals heroic only guilds joining the fight

its and adustment, pet damage now scales but weapon attack power, which is a 30 ish% increase.

      • Lightning Bolt now deals 67% increased damage in PvP combat (was 45%).
      • Chain Lightning now deals 15% increased damage in PvP combat.
      • Icefury damage is now increased by 85% in PvP combat.
      • Volcanic Surge now increases the damage of Chain Lightning and Lightning Bolt by 30% (was 50%).

User Interface

  • In Group Finder, “Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope” has been shortened to “Amirdrassil” to make it easier to see the difficulty that groups are attempting.
  • Fixed an issue that caused Murozond’s Rise in Group Finder to default to Galakrond’s Fall.

This is stupid, people have been asking for these to have lowered health or increased drops for a few months now and the only thing we get changed is making it harder to find the things. So now we have to wait for them to spawn before we can try to get a group to even try to get the things.

  • Fixed an issue where Smoldering Seedling would fail to trigger from healing abilities in quick succession.

Player versus Player

  • PvP gear with Champion and Hero upgrade tracks should no longer display incorrect PvP ilvl increases when previewed in the upgrade UI.

      • Fixed an issue where Frost Bomb’s explosion was triggering on the incorrect target when reflected.
  • Rogue
    • Fixed issues with Caustic Spatter, Sanguine Blades, Shadow Blades, and Replicating Shadows that caused them to unintentionally keep the Rogue and enemy player in combat.
    • Subtlety
      • Fixed an issue that prevented Eviscerate from dealing bonus shadow damage with Shadowed Finishers talented.

Quests

  • Fixed an issue where Dragon Isles Drakes: White Scales were not awarded when completing the quest “Time to Process”. Players that have already completed the quest will receive the item via mail.
  • Players who did not receive the intended weekly amount of Echoed Ephemera for “The Power of Dreams” will receive these missing items in their mail.
