I think someone said that no balancing/tuning is going to happen at the moment due to tournament stuff happening or something like that.
I imagine we’ll probably see a tuning happening with patch 10.2.6 and then maybe 1 more before Season 4, then they’ll put little to no effort into the rest of the content until TWW is about to release.
