He is geared for it, he may want to get the gear there. It’s the normal thing called progress.
this season 4 is a real leap in the void: probably ppl with nothin (or almost nothin to do) like myself (since in dont M+) will go for outdated content. lets see
WoW is absolutely great at throwing content away. Nothing in this game, except the latest patch (and this not even 100%) is relevant for more than some weeks.
No wonder people quit the game when the only thing left to do is repeating dungeons over and over.
You should read my initial post for 50 hours straight untill you actually understand it, and stop complaining.
Imagine what the queues would be like if we still had titanforging…
I don’t complain, you do.
I’m sure if I made a group for it, we’d go in within 15 minutes.
Based on your reactions, you aren’t a very social guy. I know why your groups stay empty.
Make a group, invite him. Easy to prove, right?
Sure, next time I log in you’ll be there and give me a group within 15 minutes. And you’ll have to do that 5 days a week, whenever it suits me, so stay prepared 24/7.
Starting now.
Don’t start complaining now, you signed up for this.
If I ask in my guild we’ll have a group in no-time. I’ll get one tonight if I have time to play and send you proof of completion
Good luck, I quit this game.
There’s no reason to do it at the moment, so most people don’t.
In season 4 business will likely pick up a bit.
I won’t be around though. The prospect of running those raids again and again for a bit of gear that I’m going to replace in DF anyway, doesn’t appeal to me in the slightest. It feels like they’re trying to turn non big 3 players into raiders with Season 4 and I don’t like it.
Imo non big 3 players should be given a non big 3 way to gear up in Season 4 (and no; 1 world boss per week is not enough). Forcing them into a raid (even LFR) is not the way to go about this.
What is a “non big 3 players”? What do you mean by that?
That sounds like those 3 midgets standing on top of one another to approvingly overlook the players tower run in Minecraft Dungeons.
Players who don’t do raids, M+ or Rated PvP as their endgame (I myself am mostly a non big 3 player, but I do LFR when a new raid is released just to see and experience that new content).
If people doesn’t want to do an LFR version of a raids it’s not blizzard’s fault.
I guess I used to be a “non big 3 player” too lol. Most of the time atleast.
That’s just such a funny name tho.
I hope they will add gameplay for the “non big 3 players” one day. haha.
No, it is not blizzard’s fault. But there must be some problem with the LFR system.
There must be at least 25 players from Europe, or from America that wants to do this LFR.
If people have to queue 50+ hour, there is something wrong, technically.
This is also possible, but I doubt they will fix it. They earn money from server transfers, and they even have been developing the server transfer and its monetization system, because that is where the money comes from, and thus goes towards.
If people want payed server transfers, they’ll get more of it. And also more reasons for it.
That is why people protested the first day it was introduced. They knew people would accidentally pay for the destruction of the game. And now it is happening. All development cost is going towards breaking the game further down, and making sure that these payed services are kept alife.
Why bother going through the leveling from 0 crap then since old world is not even active as well.
I qued for a few hours for the active and current raid on lfr. Gave up. People are not raiding this one.
Ye I wasted my money big time.
This is like buying the car and it turns out that the wheels are made out of paper. And when you mention it they just say “Well, you shoulden’t have bought it, it’s your fault. We never said there would actual REAL wheels it. We just said there would be wheels on there, that’s it. This is totally on you.”
You get 239 gear from current LFR, and 246 from the last bosses.
You can do a single +2 key for it, which is faster and much much easier, and for that you get a guaranteed 252 piece of gear option in your weekly vault. the gear that drops from it is also the same ilvl gear that you get from LFR.
You also have a bigger chance in getting gear from a M+ than from a raid run.
Other than getting tier sets and specific trinkets LFR is only really there for story purposes with its current gear levels. With the introduction to the catalyst heroic and mythic raiding players have no reason to go down there, since they can just farm M+ until they get a gear piece, which they can then just upgrade way above LFR levels and turn it into a tier piece.
OP is talking about LFR from the previous tier however. People will not do that one since it has no gear upgrades (the only exception is the Sylvanas trinket, so there may be some traffic for Sylvanas).
And since gear is so easily available from other sources (some which are way easier to organise than getting into LFR through a queue) there is little point for most to queue for this current LFR. There is just nothing tangible in there anymore that would draw people in to play it.
EDIT: Oh, and I forgot to mention that with the catalyst in place you do not even have to enter LFR even for transmog.
