The current version of Bloodstained Commendations are going to remain purchasable until Thursday when Phase 3 launches. Make sure to buy any you want before then!
Note that if you are already Rank 5 and you use them today, you won’t rank up tomorrow as the level cap has not increased yet. Rank 5 characters should use them after maintenance tomorrow so that you get that honor for the following week’s reset on 9 April.

yea would be great if the server was actually working. Now im stuck with 80 coins that are rotting in my bag. You should totaly extend the duration so everyone can use them!
We identified a significant number of players who appear to have been trying for Rank, and used a lot of Bloodstained Commendations before the deadline, but did not obtain the requisite HKs that week. We’ve developed a one-time-only fixup for you.
On Wednesday, April 17 during scheduled maintenance – before the weekly calculations are started for the week of April 10-17 – we’re going to attempt to change the record for those player-characters who fit the above description for the week of April 3-10. The fixup will essentially change your history to make it look as though you got the requisite 15 HKs during the previous week.
