Pve just tell a part of the story, since you need to read the books for understand it.
only that horde and alliance are enemies and always should be.

you can afk in bgs and most dont care/report. you leech about 10-50k xp b4 u get kicked then logout and change alt
in 5man lfg if u afk 1 min u get kicked. maybe u get 10k xp
Then change how XP is gained from BGs. You do objectives, make plays, dps, heal and CC and end result is your personal XP gain. If you end BG without contributing into anything you get nothing. Leeching stops.
They can already monitor what we do in game so super easy to implement. 3 weeks tops.
