Carnage Inc is a thriving guild based in Silvermoon EU , formed in 2009. We are dedicated to Cutting Edge raids with a second team tackling Heroic Ahead of the Curve and early mythic bosses. Our focus is not only on progression but also on fostering a relaxed and inclusive raiding atmosphere for all our members.
What We Offer
- Schedule for 2nd team: Fridays from 20:00 to 23:00 Realm Time.
- Experience: While previous experience is essential, fear not! Our cutting-edge leadership team will provide you with all the support and guidance needed to excel in your new role within the guild.

Requirements
To be the leader of our 2nd team, we are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a raid leader.
- Is dedicated, patient, and has excellent communication skills.
- Is passionate about helping our team achieve its goals and progress through the raid content.

Additional Time
Be prepared to commit more time as a Raid Leader, in addition to your raiding hours. In reality, this will be weighted heavily depending on your progression cycle – the start of expansions/patches will drain more time than a weekly farm. -
Passion
This is important. You are not remunerated or recognized much for Raid Leading. If you don’t enjoy WoW or the people you raid with, you will have a tough time raid leading.
