No, She’s not 
Yes betrayer. She left azeroth after the second war when high elves were alliance and the horde were evil. She came back 30 years later to theyve renamed themselves and joined the horde. Understandable why she didnt join the belfs
She betrayed high elves, sisters etc, before high elves became blood elves.
She wasnt a super hero but only a lambda high elves ranger not anymore.
Alleria wasnt like the Ashbringer
So it was about a random high elve female, betrayed her people by falling in love with a human paladin, having a bastard baby.
having an internal existential crisis, decide to abandon her people (high elves) and even her baby new born, for fighting demons etc with her giga chad paladin.
fundamentally, if Turalyon went alone for fighting demons or with another random elf or dwarf it was exactly the same.
High elves were in trouble, war and stuffs => decided to abandon quel dorei for follow her giga chad paladin => she just deserve to die and to be expelled from the nation.
This character design is also very stupid.
Why this new haircut? no explanation no sense
Why this new non sens armor? no explanation no sense what does it change ? her void power come from her new armor? No
She s just a reskin from Alleria, high elve ranger with nice and beautiful haircut and elvish armor to a feminist blue haired with side head short hair + cyberpunk outfit.
Her hairs are also no sens, the blue part of hair in a void elve come from tentacles, not from hair.
She doesnt have tentacles.
+why does she have new purple tattoos on right arm, her green ones were on the left arm and are now hidden by a long skirt.
Why these new tattoo? does it give power? No
Other void elves can have these kind of tattoo ? No
So for fighting Xalatath it was apparently necessary to go in the barber for a new haircut with purple dye + shopping for new outfit + go to the tattoo artist
