Is the game lagging like crazy because I’m finding I cannot cast, collect or do anything in game. Given up but had to Cont, Alt, Del to exit the game, horse and hearthstone just buffering.

I’d recommend you do a full UI reset, and then test the game without reinstalling any addons.
