Players can now Vote to Abandon a Mythic+ run after a key is socketed.
Players who leave runs before completion, timer end, or a successful Vote to Abandon will eventually be marked as a Keystone Deserter in the Premade Dungeon Finder.
Marked players can complete Mythic+ runs without leaving, even if untimed, to bring themselves back into good standing and remove their Deserter’s Mark.
I think he was asking if it’s actually implemented, seeing as how there’s no abandon option when you right click yourself, and /abandon doesn’t do anything
Yesterday we wanted to abandon Streets after the timer run out and the group was unsure to leave or not… we were like a newly couple on the phone… “you leave first”
“no, you leave first”
“no, you do”
“ no, you do”
“can I leave it?”
The leader had to kick us all in desperation
When I type /abandon — nothing happens: no vote window, no errors, no text, nothing. And no menus in party options, in right-click menu, etc. Means the system doesn’t work and we can leave without penalty?.. Or it works in the background and we’ll get penalty later?..
they probably give up on the system after they seen literaly all good players on ptr had the deserter debuff and nobody cared
reality hit them - thats its the whining crowd who wants to be carried who cares about stuff like this - good players just ignored it completly
some were making jokes about it on streams / youtbe
exactly how i predicted it will end up - exept i thought it will make live and its gonna be like this on life - they never depleted it to production because there was no point
I’ve had more offliners this season than I had leavers in the past two seasons combined - funnily all healers who failed at doing something. Something is off:\ I almost get the feeling that this system caused more of this behavior.
