Introducing the Devourer Demon Hunter, a third specialization that utilizes the power of the Void. This glaive-wielding, soul-harvesting, and planet crushing spellcaster operates from mid-range with the full suite of mobility you'd expect from Demon Hunters.
With the introduction of a new specialization, Demon Hunters also gain a new Hero Talent tree—Annihilator. This new tree is shared between Devourer and Havoc Demon Hunters.
Is this a typo? Vengeance was supposed to get Annihilator.
Can we also have new hairstyles and starcursed hair toggle on our Void Elves please with cherry on top?! 
Also could you unlock the DH tattoos to all classes?
The Devourer Specialization seems really cool! Although, it is a shame to see that only Void Elves can become Demon Hunters in addition to Blood Elves and Night Elves. It would’ve been great to see Nightborne added to this roster, as they share the animation rig of the Night Elf, and have a storied past of demonic oppression.
It isn’t far fetched to consider that few Nightborne would be inspired by the Illidari during the events of Legion, and wish to join their ranks on their vengeful pursuit, and sacrifice all they once was.
Also, wasn’t Annihilator supposed to be shared between Vengeance DH and Devourer DH?
If this has changed, how will Scarred be situated between Vengeance and Havoc?
I really hope you aren’t going to remove the Reaver hero specialization from Havoc, the gameplay of a well-practiced pattern of glaivework works wondrously with Blade Dance and Chaos Strike.
I really hope we get purple fiery eyes and blindfolds that match the void theme as well.

On top of that, it would be so cool to introduce new tattoo colors and maybe make Entropic Embrace skin + hair color available as regular customization. I want to be a fully void MONSTER!
I will give it a go for fun but I have a feeling the void stuff will set off my migraines… hopefully seeing other people with it won’t do it either.
I thought we’d finally be getting a ranged spec in a class that could also tank… sigh, guess not, just some wonky DH 25yd Evoker style nonsense. Only class that can do both it seems will still be druid with the horrible eclipse mechanic.
Maybe one day we’ll get a Shockadin or even give Warlocks a tank spec? dream on…

25y semi melee like retri by the looks of it, so I imagine it will play like sv/retri and have dh toolkit so very mobile and with long range so hard to kite and knowing blizz they release it broken and if its not competitive they giga buff it beyond any reasonable measure because its the new hero and mentality with new heros seem to be that they need to be “good” for the time being they are released.
Does that mean alythena can now finally slay retribution paladin in midnight ?
It’s only 6 seasons (36 months?) that they have been the most broken spec in pvp after its rework, and it shows, they have been high across every bracket with a 40% representation or something the like. And they even got buffed for season 3 pvp because of pve, somehow blizz were able to use pve/pvp templates for all other classes except for them. I dream of the day that I can fight them on equal level, but at first we will have to see some sensical tuning for that to happen. I imagine they make this new dh spec as ridiculously broken so yeah maybe what you said will happen except I have never played dh or really interested of it but maybe now that it’s getting an range spec I might give batman a try
