I’ve gotten a bunch of sadges from people playing on the US servers for not being able to visit my house. Please make it so invites are cross regions, as they spin up a snapshot this should be possible, right?

50% increase to storage limit is not enough. It should be removed. It is just a number till used after all or be 1000 per item. Let people build what they want, decor is gold sink anyway, and we are limited by placement limitations per level.
As for everything else planned , I have no issues and I am glad they listened to the playerbase in regards to mailbox, copy/paste, pets etc, but would love some ground cover options on the exterior UI so we can switch to sand, grass, rocks, that way a lot less stuff would be used as well. And , some utility would be nice like crafting tables, MOP style garden for decor plants to be grown (outside or inside daylight room), a personal/war bank, transmogifier mirror etc. In reality many people can just use a mount for transmog etc .so there is no valid reason not to, whatever naysayers say. I still spend time in my garrison for ah, bank , and without those in the house still will. This way I will have more reasons to spend time in the house beside decorating. Also, a musicbox from the garrison for every room to change the music would be nice as well, more plants/trees decor (we can see many beautiful ones all over Azeroth).

Balacing already has a timeline set out.
I purchased Midnight mostly for the early access, but I checked the player housing and found it to be, I do not know, lackluster. In my opinion, it is something that could have been added much earlier in the game’s life cycle. It is not really going to resonate as much now, and adding the premium currency is a cheap way to earn a little extra cash because they know it is not going to be as popular as people think it is, and as the developers think it is, due to waiting too long to add it.
I will spend 0 time in housing

What a journey it has been. People watching the South Park episode will be confused why Cartman keeps yelling at Butters.

Agreed. Tis is just mopping with the faucet open. I need more more space then an extra 2500 … I am an rper that will buy way more then 1 per item of things. I cannot even finish my ally house…. And Weeks? Dude midnight hits so soon, do I stuff all my new stuff in the bank??
Yes, that one caught my eye as well. I want to place my burning barrels. While I suspect I can’t have a great sea of them, I can at least have a couple on the yard to show someone’s around.

I only recently did the outside of the house and OMG it ate that allowance so fast and no lighting was frustrating.

I love the improvements above. What I would like to see added in the future:
Neighbourhood search:
Currently, it is complicated to visit other neighbourhoods for endeavours shopping. Workaround exists, people form custom groups for this purpose, but it would be lovely if we could search for even full public neighbourhoods for shopping purposes.
Armor, weapons & tools:
We collected so many transmogs and items over the years, let us show them off. Even things like the off-hand fish which are not transmoggable right now but fun to have.
Mounts:
I would like to add some of my mounts too.
