We’re aware of the issue causing some players to incorrectly receive the War Within Season 3 Unbound Hero title. That title is intended for the top 0.1% of rated players in Mythic+.
We will correct this, and it may take a few days, but afterward, only players who achieved the required M+ rating before the 12.0.0 patch and the end of the competitive Season will retain the title.
inb4 everyone looses the title.

What a joke. It’s not the first time this has happened and last time everyone also keept the title and have them to this day. It’s a worthless title thanks to actions like this. It takes like 10 seconds to find someone on raider io who has this or the TWW S1 Title while only playing post season stuff.
A friend had a score of 3341 in TWW S1. Cutoff was 3484. He has the S1 title to this day. He could easily earn the title himself by regular playing if he wants but he did not in that season. Now he also has the TWW S3 Title because he played Post Season. What a joke this title has become.

Good thing you are fixing it but how was season 1 intended if this is not? Fix the season 1 tittle while you are at it. Thank you.
For this exact reason season 1 tittle has zero value/prestige and some people worked hard for it.
The TWW s1 being one of the hardest tanking seasons I’ve ever experienced was cool and getting the title meant something, and then prepatch hit that season and anyone could just get it, nothing done to fix it and now it means nothing. Its weird seeing these kinds of thing even in the game if they don’t plan on even checking who ACTUALLY filled the criterias.

The fix was pushed 2 days ago, removing the title and achievement from characters that earned it via pre-patch rating. The issue is that other characters on the account still have them due to account-wide sharing, so they weren’t removed properly.
Wait, what? They didn’t remove the account-wide achievement? They just removed it… from one character…? Is that not harder to do than just removing the achievement from the accounts? I’m confused, can’t help but laugh
Seems like you guys at Blizzard need to take a look at your achievement systems. This is not the first time this happens. Your automatization seems off.
I don’t understand how you can remove something account wide from 1 character but have it still be there on every single other character ON THE ACCOUNT, I’m sorry but this is complete incompetence and a lack of understanding of your own game. Embarrassing.
The fact your Armory camera is misplaced and shows your characters torso is a visual testament to this statement.

So… over 2 weeks ago, they said they’d fix it. This was their fix? Removing an account-wide achievement from single characters?
Is that them done now? Did a person do this? A developer that doesn’t know the achievement is account-wide, huh? Wish we could get some clarity on this.
Seems that’s it. They’re done with ‘‘fixing’’ it. Every person who got it in pre-patch still has it but Blizz thinks it’s fixed lol

This is only correct. When I stopped playing in S3 on about 16 keys and 3350 Rating and came back prepach, 16 keys were a joke. Not even slight comparable to the Season before so not worth any title.
