With hotfixes that began rolling out a couple of hours ago and are now applicable in all instances, we’ve preliminarily addressed a bug in 12.0.5 where rolling on loot did not remove the received item from the pool for subsequent Bonus Rolls, which made it possible for players to receive the same item from a Bonus Roll.
It is now safe to roll on loot. Newly rolled items will now correctly remove the item from the bonus pool.
We’ll have more information to share tomorrow about this issue and the next steps we’re taking to remediate the situation for affected players.
Thank you very much for your feedback and understanding.
How about you fix the bug that disconnects you from the server and disables your ability to strafe and jump after logging back in. Or better yet, how about you stop letting Copilot code the game for you. Keep the Microslop out of the game.
You forgot about crafting recrafting bug fix that apparently came back bricking more characters…
Also some people still affected you where saying something was gonna be done about it, so… when are you gonna do something about it ? i am not currently affected but i still read some users are that have been posting on these forums, so please go do something about it…

GUYS!!! This means that if you’ve already rolled for an item, it is STILL not removed from the loot table. So you are practically guaranteed to get those same items again. Only new rolls are removed from the loot table.
Thats an incredibly bad situation for players like me who already used one or two bonus rolls. Those rolls are effectively wasted. We spent them under the assumption that the loot pool would shrink, but instead, nothing changed. The items we already got are still there, waiting to be rolled again.
There’s talk on the US forums that Blizzard might roll out an extra bonus loot to all players as a remedy. But that doesn’t fix the core issue at all. Players who held onto their rolls will now get three fully meaningful chances, while those of us who already used ours are stuck with fewerand with a loot table that still includes items we’ve already received.
In other words, early rolls were a complete waste, because you are guaranteed to get those items again.
Blizzard must find a way to retrospepctively remove rolled items from the loot table!!! And compensate players that got an iteme twice withvan extra roll! Itst the eonly fair solution!!!
So even if I was “lucky” not to get duplicates this week. I can easily get it next, cause the system will have it registered as “available”?
Ok. Bugs here and bugs there is one thing. But if the main selling point of bonus rolls was - with safeguards against duplicates and it doesn’t work…
If you think about it, when you roll a dice twice, it is possible to hit the same result twice.
Surely blizzard won’t play around with loot weights with these rerolls.
I`ve already used my bonus roll , i want a refund , plain and simple. Is NOT OK to fix something after , this should work from the start as we dont pay you AFTER we play the game…
No it’s not, I did an AA 12 yesterday- used my bonus roll and got shoulders. I did one today and got the same shoulders again, so basically I’m getting punished for using one yesterday since of today it’s “NEWLY ROLLED ITEMS”. Thank you Blizzard for punishing me and other unfortunate players for using a feature you guys have implemented THAT DOESN’T WORK AND SHOULD HAVE WORKED FROM DAY 1. I seriously hope you guys intend to actually do something retroactive towards players like me and those who have been even more unlucky.
I’m starting to get a little too old for all the bugs in this game. I’d like to just sit down and play the game I pay for every month, and not suddenly discover something isn’t working. Something I wasn’t supposed to use was a disaster. I roll the same item twice, and I don’t even know if it’s been removed from the roll or not. It’s just a day like today, another bug, another bug. It makes me seriously wonder if it’s worth investing in this game anymore.
