I think it would make the first pull super boring if nothing happens. Just a redesign should suffice. Like cap the stacks or hell making it a magic debuff would add counterplay. It IS a magical academy, they could have an Arcane Bite. Now every healer has a tool to deal with it if timed properly.
As i understand (correct me if i am wrong) but bleeds ignore armour, which has always been terrible design for tankbusters. If they made it a magical dot you have more options yourself. Even like immo aura reduces magic damage, paladin mastery. Warriors could do a hilarious spell reflect on one. Maybe more if synched. I have always hated bleeds.
Do some tank balancing already you have monks doing all keys way higher then other tanks, you said you would buff our survival yet barely did anything at all and buffed our damage, can you be even more disconnected from reality then recently has been happening.
Also what happened with the crafting recrafting issues are you even on it anymore or does everything just get ignored as if problems do not exist ?
