This expansion has more than enough chores to do as it is especially for people like me with multiple alts, I am not adding borrowed power on top of that.

And I’m someone who likes borrowed power, but… I like borrowed power that at least lasts you a whole expansion (preferably longer even). EDIT: Okay, apparently it is meant to last you the rest of Midnight. That’s something.

They are adding too much low quality content too quickly. I don’t think it’s going to help with player retention. The average WoW player is now middle aged and find themselves increasingly short on time and energy.
I’m happy to keep a rolling subscription indefinitely and not opposed to paying for additional cosmetics either but I’m not interested in the digital equivalent of a treadmill. I play when I feel like playing. When developers of a game try to strongarm me into playing more I lose the appetite for playing at all and consequently stop making all optional purchases as well as cancel any running subscriptions.

you would think that - yet the amount of 288-290 itlv players in lfg suggest something completly different
also the fact that +10 or +12 keys groups form literaly in seconds 
I feel like core features, especially ones that are to last until the end of the expansion, should be more interesting than stacking passives on passives.
Also if it’s just another weekly PLEASE don’t use the horrendous floating progress bar UI for it like in the Voidstorm, those feel like they belong in an indie Unity game made by a 12 year old.

As much as I love housing I do have to agree with you. The reward should have been something else that the majority if not the entire player base would appreciate and the decor item should be a plus. In fact all decor items should always be the plus item not the main item.
