Curse of Ula’tek brings new user interface updates to help you keep track of cooldowns, consumables, and key combat information. Track potions and trinkets in the Cooldown Manager, ping key spell and health information to your party, and adjust Raid Frames to keep the healing effects you rely on front and center.
Great, sounds great.
Looking forward to see what you’ve been cooking.
I’m glad it come! Since I missed hekili’s addon show trinket DC.
But I wish it’s show alert bubble for my character. Like this when buff close end
- Druid’s buff
- Shaman’s weapons buff and lighting or water buff. Same wind buff.
- Rogue’s poison
- Warroir’s buff
- Mage’s buff
- Evoker’s buff
I like one feature in particular:
Your own unit frames can also get pinged to convey the status of your health to the group and players who are acting in a healing role will also share the status of their mana saving them from needing to say, “OOM” before the next pull.
And I promise you people will still ignore the chat and do as they please regardless.
What do you expect? People crossing red traffic lights will keep doing it until the end of days, no matter how big and in your face you build the lights ![]()
Not my fault if it impacts them negatively. ![]()
Let us track stacks on set bonuses for example and set bonus processes… or better yet make a deal with weak auras team and make it part of standard ui so you can regulate what is oke and what is not while fixing the problem once and for all.
Oh come on, get over it.
WeakAuras team DOES know what is okay and what not since the new ruleset, they are just to butthurt to adjust.
Freakin’ lil’ brats throwing a tantrum, that’s all they are.
i think you misunderstand for who this is for.
Its for the opposite type of these people.
so i fail to undertand why you whining.
after 1 1/2 season we get this, what we had with wa…crazy maybe we are back in 2-3 expansions close to the level we had before killing addons =)
I am convinced you are the type of person who my comment was meant for. Thanks for feeling the need to engage.
Like the recent TBC TW dungeons with the Mana Burn spells that make healers go OOM in seconds.
Tank dies and initiates VTK cause healer is afk.
I do like the fact that now it will print it to chat as you don’t even get the chance in dungeons seeing as how tanks just pull everything including the boss. Blizzard need to make distant resets to curb this behaviour in the future.
Absolutely agree.
If it wasn’t the manaburn it is the cc the mobs throw on you, fear, gauche, silences and so on.
But we can dream right? They should make it so there is an invisible wall when your healer is oom. ![]()
Alfi I almost didn’t recognize you. Looking good.

For now, armory didn’t update yet to tier 6.5.
However it was fast to update to my “over stimulated set”. Sometimes pixels on my screen can set my mind off, so having a sober set like this helps.
Appreciate the compliment.
yea.. you know some kids are so fast but.. i cannot type. if i lag five seconds behind, it’s usually a disaster. so it’ll be good if it gives a little warning. it’s still my fault for not playing excellently though but i won’t say that. cause… i did waste mana, that’s for sure. and i did so because i was uncertain and unskilled. yes, that’s my opinion. with amazing management i doubt you will go out of mana ever. it’s just that no one’s a robot so… and you gotta let some spells fly that shouldn’t have gone because it is the safer option! anyway, i really think it is possible to never go out of mana. unless the team sucks of course, then you will definitely go out of mana. but like i’m talking that the encounters are always handled well! then mana won’t ever be an issue. it’s when damage is lacking and there’s no kicks and tank loses aggro and pulls too much, stuff like that drains mana.
ok… that’s what i think, honestly. but i don’t actually know. i usually blame myself for any short-comings and that blinds me to the short-comings of others to some extent. playing efficiently is possible, i have much to perfect; i know that. but i don’t know how much others can do to help me. presumably a lot, i’d think. having a great party is definitely key to success and an easy time as a healer.
I can assure you that even the best mana management skills in TBC dungeons will still make you go OOM if those Mana Burn, Mana Leechers etc are not interrupted or stunned. Those spells will take you from 100% mana to 0 in a second. Not to mention the fear, interrupts, stuns and slow cast curse that makes even an instant spell take 5 secs to cast. Its not bad healers its a lack of tanks and dps understanding of the dungeons. A simple addon like platynator that priortitses enemy nameplates ie. casters etc are a different color would go a long way but not everyone uses the same add ons.
oh, yeah; in case of mana burn, of course.
it’s a good thing there’s not much of that right now.
During Timewalking -event? I could somewhat see that happening on TBC server, but that random enemy casting Mana Burn on you didn’t even make a dent. Unless it’s harsh on low levels.
On my Shaman when enemy landed Mana Burn, my mana went from 250k to 249k.
