Midnight Season 2 PvP Rating Inflation Increased

We’ve seen your feedback that achievable PvP ratings are not meeting expectations, so we’re applying a significant increase to PvP rating inflation starting now for all rated PvP modes with emphasis on Battleground Blitz, Rated Battlegrounds, and Rated 3v3 Arena.

As with past changes to inflation, this adjustment is intended to improve progression as the season continues and support healthier ladder movement. We’ll continue monitoring rating distribution and make further adjustments as necessary.

Thank you for your continued feedback and we’ll see you on the battlefield!

And we’re back to bad players being 2.3k mmr and getting Legend so they can post about their skill on Wow Forums.

If you know, you know.

Forever beta just kicked in. I really wonder would they even increased mmr without it. But all the same they would have to inflate it by alot now cos the modes were pretty dead to begin with and now they just became even more dead since forever beta launched so only small increases wont do much if even get us back to where it were before forever beta.

I really don’t get people, when I played retail the last thing I cared about was CR. The only thing that matters is your rank on the ladder.

These people would rather be 3k cr but rank #1500 on the ladder than be rank #100 on the ladder at 2400 cr

Being R1 on the ladder in week 2 with 1800 is pretty meaningless because you won’t be farming glad wins there.

i mean noone cares that much about ranks, cuz u dont see them, when you inspect a guy you only see the rating
