For anyone having issues on WoW Forever with GPU driver crashing after loading screen, put “Secondary Lighting” to Fair.
It is confirmed to be a recurring issue with AMD cards, especially 9070 XT users.
yep can confim. tested on a 5700xt, no issue, on wifes 6600 no issue and my 9070xt creates 3 crashes / blackscreen driver time outs on loading into game
swapping to low on secondary lightning fixes it the problem
My 7800XT also crashes with the setting set to high.
Same for me on the 9070 XT with Adrenalin 26.9.1 drivers.
I’m getting the same issue on a 9060XT 16gb, setting it to fair allowed me to log in on graphic settings 10. Prior to that it wouldn’t load Zephras Isle at all, but the Undead starting zone was fine.
RT shadows also been broken since may 28 patch so likely these new settings use ray tracing as well, they did not bother to do any QA on Radeon hardware expecting AMD to fix, while AMD is expecting Blizzard to fix, while both are waiting for each other, while not communicating with each other 
Also this really reminds me of situation of another game that implemented FSR but forgot to actually check if it worked so implemented FSR with missing FSR options, feels like devs do not even test their own changes which would in this case as well only take like 10 minutes max.
