I was in game playing and it DC’d, so reconnected and went into queue.
End of queue, DC again immediately did not re-enter game, then queue again but now much bigger.
Has the server gone down?
Tried with and without VPN running and same results

Server restart was announced 15 min ago in chat.

Whatever they did, it broke something… character became unable to cast or do anything, chat function working, but stuck so forced restart of game and now after logging in it cant retrieve character list…

I can concur, the server is now non-responsive in game, you can run around, but it looks like it’s only client side only, server is no longer accepting input from the client.
Wont even connect to game server now when trying to get back in, either with or without VPN running
Bumping this.
Couldn’t logout/exit game so rebooted, now its stuck on retrieving character list

Same issue here. Stuck retrieving character info.
10 mins after the restart everything broke down, as i can see a lot of ppl are lockt on character info…
Same here, checked for updates just in case but no luck
