I logged into the game today and found I had a large number of Legacy Points. I picked the “Talented” trait and then poured those points into Demonology up to Soul Link. But when I cast the spell, it doesn’t apply. Mana gets consumed and the animation plays, but the buff doesn’t appear. I’m level 27. Is this happening to everyone? Maybe just to those under level 30? Or am I the only one encountering this bug?

Just logged in as well, same issue. I’m not getting the buff using the spell.
Edit: It seems my demon (any) keeps disappearing as well after relogging/loading a new area?
Same for me, lvl 29

Yeah, commenting for visibility. Soul Link can be cast, but nothing happens. No buff on neither you nor your pet. No damage sharing, no damage buff
Oh yes, FINALLY!
IT IS HAPPENING!
Warlocks are a normal class now.
I can confirm that Soul Link started working as soon as I hit level 30.
