Hello,
my character Effenberg Tiger is permanently stuck in free fall and I am unable to play the character.
Character details:
- Name: Effenberg Tiger
- Server: PvP Server
- Faction: Alliance
- Race: Skyborne
- Class: Rogue
- Level: 14
The problem occurred in the Skyborne area. I was unable to complete a quest because it appeared to be bugged, so I tried to jump down from the area.
Since then, my character has been stuck in an endless free fall.
This has now been happening for approximately 10 hours. Every time I log into the character, I can see him falling for about 3 seconds, and then I am immediately disconnected from the server.
Because I get disconnected so quickly, I am unable to use any in-game options to get my character unstuck or move him to another location.
Could you please reset or relocate my character to a safe location?
