Via a notification on the Battle.net launcher, Blizzard has announced a delay in reserving names for WoW: Forever.
Players are eagerly awaiting the launch of WoW: Forever on November 4th, and to get ahead of the massive crowds (and hopefully snag the name they want), those who pre-purchased the Skyborne Heroic Pack, Skyborne Epic Pack, and Warcraft Forever Collection are eligible to reserve names ahead of time. However, while those reservations were set to go live today, Blizzard has quietly announced that there are technical difficulties which are pushing the launch of this feature back an undetermined amount of time.

They need to get it fixed and reschedule a time to make things fair.

Yes, there was a banner on the launch screen stating the same. This has now changed to:
If the RP-PVP ruleset isn’t visible when you log in…
So try now, might work

It’s a sample of things to come and I feel sorry for those who will be trying to play when the servers goes live on the 4th at midnight or on the 5th in the early hours of the morning, depending on where people are from.

They’ve updated the message on the launcher as if they have fixed the issue, but I’m still getting the same problem of not being able to select any ruleset

A lot of the player’s now are adults with real lives and things to do, why tell us these times and not keep to them, very un-professional and clearly this is what is to be continued and expected of blizzard in the future… which creates fears there going to completely ruin this for us, after we paid extra to get this access… Blizzard… What are you doing… This name reservation is now who can stare at there login button long enough. Your Professional game developers… Sort it out..
