Make sure you’re logging into the right game account and region, e.g. if you’ve bought it at WoW1, you must login at EU WoW1 at the BNET dropdown launcher.

For some reason, my purchase of WoW Forever has been associated with the Americas region instead of Europe—unlike every other purchase I’ve made over the last 10 years—and now I cannot connect to my WoW1 EU account; it only allows me to connect to WoW1 US.
I need to play from the EU.

Same with mine, I cannot even open a ticket. I live in UK and I have played the beta in UE… it does let me log into the US realm but it does not make any sense..

Same here. Never played on NA, my subscription is on EU and I bought it while playing retail so there is no way I switched to NA but its still somehow associated with NA

UK player here but I live overseas, looks like it works fine with NA wow 1 whatever that is, how to move this to europe?! I need EU region.

I have no idea; I’ve opened a support ticket with my order number—let’s see if they can convert it into an EU order.

What email or how you do this? Found it hard to make a ticket a lot of ai crap.

Got a resonse from blizzard, just a generic email, I gave them all the details with photos. Just saying I had to buy the game which I have done lol. Clicking the link reply the bliizard site just goes into a refresh loop.

not any help at all I have just given up dont know if I will even bother on NOV4th as all it has been is one problem or another ..very fed up

I usually don´t write in forums, but this issue had me freaking out and I hope it can solve the problem for some of you.

The sole reason for me getting the error (WOW51900337) was my email. So if you use a gmail for your wow account, make sure it didn´t switch to googlemail or vice versa. Technically it´s the same email but battle.net (and other websites) detect dem as two separate mails -.-`

And you can literally log in with both variations, making them “different” accounts and thus different places a purchase can be made.

To be honest, I never had issues with that before, but I have the feeling it might have to do something with the issue of the account regions being switched, because the googlemail part that I´ve been playing with ever since has been switched on US instead of Europe for some reason and the gmail part not…

Anyway, like I said I hope this helps someone else and have fun with WoW: Forever :slight_smile:

Well I have the same issue and I found out that for some reason my purchase of WoW forever beta is under US.. you can check this by going to your account then transaction history and change europe to Americas. all other purchases I have ever made ( a lot! ) are all under Europe. So for some reason it is now under Americas, I made a ticket @ “country /region change problem” with screenshots of my purchase and this message:Hello Blizzard Support,

I recently purchased the World of Warcraft Forever beta, but the license was added to my Battle.net account under the Americas & Oceania region (it appears as “World of Warcraft (WoW1) – Americas & Oceania – Starter Edition”). I live in the Netherlands and need it on the Europe (EU) region instead.

Could you please move this license to the EU region on my account? If that is not possible, I would like the purchase refunded so I can buy it again under the correct region.

Nope its under my battle net same email, purchase order number begins with US for some reason.

Blizzard cannot move licenses from one region to another. They can only refund the erroneous license, so that you can buy it in the correct region.

Simple can’t access game after buying a subscription, when choosing to install WoW Forever in app theres no pop up that i have 28 days left in subscription, other versions of WoW have it.

Now it’s shows up game time on Forever too (in new layout app), but old stil not. Can’t access game anyway.
