I think its hard to judge currently - do we keep berserk on wowhead they say its baseline FOR ALL SPECS now. The earlier bite and lacerate is really nice for leveling. The extra dmg von bite without consuming looks really good.
The different dataminings also dont agree. The only thing that I’m super suprised by is why was feral completely reworked - resto got bloom and balance got nothing. I feel like balance druid needed changes more.
