Since 8.2.5:
When loading a zone, loading screen will flash brightly for a second then go back to normal brightness. Got the latest nvidia drivers etc. I asked people in game and they are reporting the issue also.
Fabious is roaming about a lot and even if you selfie with the correct upgraded camera, it does not complete the fabious achievement so no fab mount.

We’ve got another thread already active about flickering, so I’d suggest going through what’s been suggested there, and updating that specific thread with your own results, so that we can keep everything in one place. I’ll be locking this thread as a result just to keep things centralised
As for Fabious, that’s best reported through the Submit Bug option through the in-game Help menu, as that’ll need to be looked into by our development team, and isn’t something we can address here on the Technical Support forum
