It does not sound like a horrendous deal to me. However it depends what players value, they don’t even have to buy anything and can play Classic Cata providing they are subscribed to World of Warcraft. If all you care about is the digital goodies then don’t buy the big one.

Some people just hate levelling, or want to reroll on another server, or even a different faction. Others will just relevel again.

I wish character boosts were cheaper.

comparing this with how much a new triple A game costs it is horrendous. have blizzard done a triple A job to warrant that price? my guess is :no !

Sure its optional , but its typical blizz to hide some unique cool mounts behind a huge paywall.

this package isnt worth 80 euros in my opinion. 80 euros is a huge price for 1 month of game time and some cosmetics.

I don’t know about Euro prices but the character boost alone is worth £49.

The mount from the TBC package recently went on sale too. So eventually it all comes around again.

i dont think the boost should be so pricy either. Actually i would prefer it if you couldnt buy character boosts at all.

they should have just done it so anyone can import a character of a previous classic server and level that further, or else start from the beginning

And we know people buying this will mostly buy it for the mount and tmogs anyway

You don’t start over, the Classic Wrath servers will just become Classic Cata servers like they did going from TBC to Wrath.

I don’t think anyone would complain about cheaper service costs.

if you compare the price to boost , the price is fair but the issue is boost is too expensive lol

I think you misunderstood what he actually was saying. More of in the lines of:
Wtf greedy blizzard ruining classic with this cash grab scheme. No true classic players will play cata classic because this is the reason people wanted away from retail and go back to classic. Retail andies -----> that way.
