It clearly says November 2nd. But the fineprint doesn’t tell us that it applies for United States timezone(I;E november 2nd in america). WE here in the EU will most likely see the patch tonight OR November 3rd with the weekly reset(As someone above already pointed out).
Edit: This has also always been the case, since EU is “behind” in time compared to the US.

Says the 3rd on mine too, there is also a blue post from 11 days ago (can find it in the blue tracker or posted above here) stating the 3rd.

Strange that the US has reset the day before Europe.
Since Europe is ahead of the US in terms of time.
The US is 6-9 hours behind Europe, so they should not have reset until Thursday or at least later Wednesday
Blizzard are based in the US that’s why they get it first…
It does not matter, they are still 6-9 hours behind Europe in terms of time.
But it’s probably just the way they are in the US that they will always be ahead of others hehe
Its great that the US gets a patch one day before we do, means they get to beta test it and iron out most of the the deployment issues so we get a smoother patch day.
No, it says it’s live. We still have 9.1 but it says 9.1.5 is live.
Even here it says it’s live for EU, on 2nd November:

Still says november 3 on my launcher. Even at this time.
And then you click on it and then on the source and oh look november 3.

Yeah who knows what settings you have on your launcher then. Mine states, as before, november 3 as visible on the screenshot taken from my launcher.
I have the default settings. I haven’t changed anything since it was installed. It has been showing it’s live since it launched in the US on the launcher.

What can i say. Mine said november 3 11-12 hours ago and it says november 3 right now as well.
And that link of yours is also stating november 3 if clicked on the source. Which means either the website did a piss poor job at displaying the correct article or the GM in question posted the wrong info and removed it straight after and replaced it with the correct one. Regardless, not clicking on the source is always bad.
